Each nicotine cartridge is approximately equivalent to 15 to 20 tobacco cigarettes. This depends on length of inhales and how often the device is used. Please choose the nicotine level and flavor of your additional cartridges. If you are a heavy smoker or smoke rolled tobacco, we recommend a high cartridge. If you currently smoke light cigarettes, we recommend starting with the medium level of nicotine.
