Just received my instead kit, haven’t had a good chance to test run it. Ordered it because my workplace is going to have to ban smoking due to a state mandated ban, and the president of the company is a smoker, and he endorsed the instead cig.
My hope is to cut out regular tobacco cigarettes all together.

Just wondering- my e-cig rolled off the table onto the floor and broke the end. Are these cigs that fragile and is there any warranty or guarantee on breakage? Do I have to buy another e-cig to replace it? I like the e-cig and want to continue using it. Are there parts available? Thanks, Wayne
E-Cigarettes are not generally that fragile, although obviously they can break. Issues such as this are not covered under warranty, however it is likely that the broken piece can be replaced very easily. Yesterday my purchase of E-Liquid arrived. For several months I and a friend have used a pre-filled cartridge from China. I found that used cartridge refillable with the dropper, and the liquid was much better tasting. Thank you for your timely shipment. I will be joining as an affiliate. Dennis in Seattle
