Electronic Cigarette Smoker Qualifications

Electronic Cigarette eliquids and cartridges may or may not contain nicotine, depending on the solution you choose. This product is not recommended for those who may be pregnant or nursing. Since this personal vaporizer does mimic smoking, no company should sell e-cigarettes with or without nicotine to those under the legal smoking age in the area of sale.

American Customers: The FDA has deemed (after they lost their court battle) that electronic cigarettes with nicotine are classified as a tobacco product. As of this update, no regulations have been passed with the exception of selling to minors, which of course is illegal.

Canadian Customers: Health Canada has determined that e-cigarettes with nicotine are subject to the Food Drug and Cosmetics Act and no company has yet submitted the proper application. Therefore only e-cigarettes with no nicotine may be sold and no health claims can be made.

Nicotine or not, we do not encourage non-smokers or those under 18/19 to start smoking.
