Since this personal vaporizer does mimic smoking, we DO NOT SELL to those under 18 in the United States or Canada, regardless of which solution you choose.

American Customers: The following states have raised their smoking age to 19 and we will uphold their smoking laws: Alabama, Alaska, New Jersey, Utah and the counties of Nassau, Suffolk, and Onondaga in New York State. Sorry, no exceptions.

Canadian Customers: In the following provinces you must be 19 to purchase: British Columbia, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia, Ontario, Prince Edward Island. Sorry, no exceptions.

In all cases of identifying your age, if you are found to have lied about your age, you will be held responsible for any judgments we may incur. It is strongly suggested that you do not lie about your age as our age verification is a legal form in a court of law. It is no different than showing a false id for purchase of tobacco or alcohol from any establishment continent wide.

Those who we believe are under age will be notified and their order will not be shipped and their money may not be refunded.
