I need to get my hands on some info that states what the HPUS actually states. If you have it, I would love it! Because it does mean that nicotine would be to your calculation and I don't think that would suffice a smoker. I can't imagine it would? But, is it maybe time for HPUS and the FDA to re-evaluate this rule IF e-smoking can be 100% scientifically backed as a healthier way to smoke? Because my understanding is that the FDA can create regulations that can affect HPUS. They make the rules. Surely they can change them? Well… that’s where I have been having issues.
