Once an order is placed at Instead Electronic Cigarettes, it takes no more than 1 business day for us to process your order and ship. Currently, we ship via UPS Ground throughout the US and Canada. Packages are shipped from Florida, so depending on your location, delivery times vary from 1 to 5 working days. Please note that orders placed using a PO Box will be shipped via USPS.  We utilize the US Postal System for orders into Mexico. You will receive tracking information via email.

International orders are shipped according to the country (FedEx, UPS, USPS, TNT). To ensure prompt delivery, all shipments include tracking and insurance. If you are located anywhere other than North America, and shipping is a hindrance, please feel free to contact us so we can make other arrangements. What do we mean by other arrangements? We can send your Electronic Cigarette in other ways that do not include tracking or insurance. In the event you choose a method without tracking, we cannot guarantee delivery, although it is our experience that 98% of shipments arrive as scheduled.

If you have your own method of shipping that you would like billed to your account, please notify us immediately before or after you order we will be happy to accommodate your request.
